Handy Support tips
No Network Message
This usually means there's a problem with the physical connection between your phone and your building's networking hardware. Check the cables under the phone and at the wall jack. Reseat if necessary. Your phone should reboot and return to normal.
Black Phone Screen
If your phone has a black screen and does not light up when buttons are pressed, it is likely that your phone's power source is unplugged. Please check and reseat all cables from phone, wall jack and computer if applicable.
Video Camera Issue
If you can see your caller but they cannot see you,it is likely that your camera is off. Gently twist your camera head clockwise and your caller will be able to view you. You can also return the camera to the off status upon call completion for privacy concerns.
